Digital Services Offer
1. Presentation of Services
FRIO ENTREPRISE offers, through the VINOTAG application, digital services dedicated to the management and optimization of a wine cellar.
1.1 Cellar Management (VINOTAG)
The VINOTAG service allows the user to:
- Create a digital representation of their FRIO wine cellar
- Manage a digital wine log (create wine sheets, add bottles, remove bottles from digital stock)
- Organize bottles by location
- Record optimal drinking dates for bottles
- Set stock alerts for bottles
- Access descriptive wine sheets
- Synchronize data across multiple devices and share the digital wine log with other Vinotag members
- Export cellar data in Excel format to generate statistics
- Generate pre-filled wine sheets when subscribing to the scan pack powered by Vivino
- Generate food & wine pairings when subscribing to the Smart AI Assistant
- Generate wine & food pairings when subscribing to the Smart AI Assistant
- Generate enriched wine sheets when subscribing to the Smart AI Assistant
- Generate statistics when subscribing to the Smart AI Assistant
- Mobile application (iOS / Android), Vinotag is not available on desktop
- Access via secure user account
- Cloud data storage (Firebase)
- Compatible with iOS and Android systems in versions supported by official app stores
- Requires an Internet connection for certain features (synchronization, scan, AI)
- Interaction with the Vivino database via Scan Packs
- Interaction with the Gemini database for the Smart AI Assistant feature
- Data export according to formats available in the application
- Installation via official app stores only
- Application not available on desktop
- Requires a compatible wine cellar
- Some features may require a permanent connection
- Some features are paid
- Some features require a smartphone with a camera
1.2 Vivino Scan Packs
Scan Packs allow users to scan wine labels via the Vivino database integrated into the application.
Features:- Label recognition via photo capture
- Automatic import of wine information
- Limited scan credits depending on the purchased pack
- Number of scans limited to the purchased pack
- Operation dependent on the availability of the Vivino database
- Internet connection required
1.3 AI Service
The AI Service provides:
- food & wine pairings
- wine & food pairings
- enriched wine sheets
- statistics
- a chat system limited to the wine universe, cellar management, and wine storage
- Service activated upon subscription
- Automated processing of data entered by the user
- Accessible via the VINOTAG application
- Requires an Internet connection
2. Pricing
In accordance with Articles L112-1 to L112-4 of the French Consumer Code:
- Prices are displayed in the user’s currency, all taxes included (TTC)
- The price of Vivino Scan Packs corresponds to a defined number of credits. Three packages are available: 200 scans, 400 scans, or 1000 scans
- The AI Service may be offered as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time purchase depending on the current offer
- The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase
In case of subscription:
- Renewal terms are specified before validation
- Cancellation terms are indicated in the General Terms and Conditions
3. Provision of Services
- VINOTAG: available immediately after download and account creation
- Vivino Scan Packs: credits available immediately after payment confirmation
- AI Service: activated immediately upon subscription

5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1 Principle
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of subscription.
5.2 Exception – Immediately provided digital services
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when:
- the digital service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period,
- performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent,
- and the consumer has acknowledged the loss of their right of withdrawal.
Thus, when the user requests immediate activation of the AI Service or uses scan credits immediately, they expressly waive their right of withdrawal under the conditions provided by law.
6. Standard Withdrawal Form
A standard withdrawal form is made available in accordance with Annex of Article R221-1 of the French Consumer Code.
7. Warranties
The services benefit from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content and services (Articles L224-25-12 and following of the Consumer Code),
- as well as other legal warranties provided by law.
Where applicable, specific commercial warranties are detailed in the General Terms and Conditions.

9. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L611-1 and following and R612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute that has not been resolved through prior contact with customer service, the consumer may use a consumer mediation service free of charge.

10. Personalized Pricing
FRIO ENTREPRISE informs the user if personalized pricing is applied based on automated processing.
Otherwise: no personalized pricing based on automated processing is applied.
