Presentation of Services<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nFRIO ENTREPRISE offers, through the VINOTAG application, digital services dedicated to the management and optimization of a wine cellar.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3>1.1 Cellar Management (VINOTAG)<\/h3>\n\n<p>The VINOTAG service allows the user to:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Create a digital representation of their FRIO wine cellar<\/li>\n<li>Manage a digital wine log (create wine sheets, add bottles, remove bottles from digital stock)<\/li>\n<li>Organize bottles by location<\/li>\n<li>Record optimal drinking dates for bottles<\/li>\n<li>Set stock alerts for bottles<\/li>\n<li>Access descriptive wine sheets<\/li>\n<li>Synchronize data across multiple devices and share the digital wine log with other Vinotag members<\/li>\n<li>Export cellar data in Excel format to generate statistics<\/li>\n<li>Generate pre-filled wine sheets when subscribing to the scan pack powered by Vivino<\/li>\n<li>Generate food &amp; wine pairings when subscribing to the Smart AI Assistant<\/li>\n<li>Generate wine &amp; food pairings when subscribing to the Smart AI Assistant<\/li>\n<li>Generate enriched wine sheets when subscribing to the Smart AI Assistant<\/li>\n<li>Generate statistics when subscribing to the Smart AI Assistant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<strong>Technical features:<\/strong>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Mobile application (iOS \/ Android), Vinotag is not available on desktop<\/li>\n<li>Access via secure user account<\/li>\n<li>Cloud data storage (Firebase)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<strong>Compatibility:<\/strong>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Compatible with iOS and Android systems in versions supported by official app stores<\/li>\n<li>Requires an Internet connection for certain features (synchronization, scan, AI)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<strong>Interoperability:<\/strong>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Interaction with the Vivino database via Scan Packs<\/li>\n<li>Interaction with the Gemini database for the Smart AI Assistant feature<\/li>\n<li>Data export according to formats available in the application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<strong>Possible restrictions:<\/strong>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Installation via official app stores only<\/li>\n<li>Application not available on desktop<\/li>\n<li>Requires a compatible wine cellar<\/li>\n<li>Some features may require a permanent connection<\/li>\n<li>Some features are paid<\/li>\n<li>Some features require a smartphone with a camera<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>1.2 Vivino Scan Packs<\/h3>\n\n<p>\nScan Packs allow users to scan wine labels via the Vivino database integrated into the application.\n<\/p>\n\n<strong>Features:<\/strong>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Label recognition via photo capture<\/li>\n<li>Automatic import of wine information<\/li>\n<li>Limited scan credits depending on the purchased pack<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<strong>Restrictions:<\/strong>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Number of scans limited to the purchased pack<\/li>\n<li>Operation dependent on the availability of the Vivino database<\/li>\n<li>Internet connection required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>1.3 AI Service<\/h3>\n\n<p>The AI Service provides:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>food &amp; wine pairings<\/li>\n<li>wine &amp; food pairings<\/li>\n<li>enriched wine sheets<\/li>\n<li>statistics<\/li>\n<li>a chat system limited to the wine universe, cellar management, and wine storage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<strong>Operation:<\/strong>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Service activated upon subscription<\/li>\n<li>Automated processing of data entered by the user<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<strong>Compatibility:<\/strong>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Accessible via the VINOTAG application<\/li>\n<li>Requires an Internet connection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>2. Pricing<\/h2>\n\n<p>In accordance with Articles L112-1 to L112-4 of the French Consumer Code:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Prices are displayed in the user&rsquo;s currency, all taxes included (TTC)<\/li>\n<li>The price of Vivino Scan Packs corresponds to a defined number of credits. Three packages are available: 200 scans, 400 scans, or 1000 scans<\/li>\n<li>The AI Service may be offered as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time purchase depending on the current offer<\/li>\n<li>The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In case of subscription:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Renewal terms are specified before validation<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation terms are indicated in the General Terms and Conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>3. Provision of Services<\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>VINOTAG:<\/strong> available immediately after download and account creation<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vivino Scan Packs:<\/strong> credits available immediately after payment confirmation<\/li>\n<li><strong>AI Service:<\/strong> activated immediately upon subscription<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>4. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n<h3>5.1 Principle<\/h3>\n\n<p>\nIn accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of subscription.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3>5.2 Exception \u2013 Immediately provided digital services<\/h3>\n\n<p>\nIn accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>the digital service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period,<\/li>\n<li>performance has begun with the consumer\u2019s prior express consent,<\/li>\n<li>and the consumer has acknowledged the loss of their right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nThus, when the user requests immediate activation of the AI Service or uses scan credits immediately, they expressly waive their right of withdrawal under the conditions provided by law.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>6. Standard Withdrawal Form<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nA standard withdrawal form is made available in accordance with Annex of Article R221-1 of the French Consumer Code.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>7. Warranties<\/h2>\n\n<p>The services benefit from:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content and services (Articles L224-25-12 and following of the Consumer Code),<\/li>\n<li>as well as other legal warranties provided by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nWhere applicable, specific commercial warranties are detailed in the General Terms and Conditions.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>8.
